How many years for F3 category visa petition to U.S

I had applied for Visa to US for my brother's family under F3 category in 2003.I have not received any reply till yet. Do you have any idea that how many years does it take to review F3 category via application to U.S.A.

According to the latest visa bulletin, the priority date for India F3 visas is 22JUN02, so you have roughly a year longer. Though are you sure you are under F3, as that doesn't apply for brothers of USC (you sure you are not F4?).

I made a mistake. Actually my father who is a US citizen applied for petition. So I am sure its F3.

For F4 it's 08APR01, so he has about a 5 year wait.
