-- Julie and Michael are right behind you guys.....

I hope we keep up! We just had our biometrics appointmnet on Saturday. It was a breeze. We arrived for our 10am appointment at 9:40 and were out of there at 10:20. I was really surprised at how organized they were

Now, hoping for that quick approval and AOS appointment letter

ur coming back on my birthday :P

yours will be a very interesting case to watch. my prediction is that you will see a very similar timeline to me and jamie.

i'm really serious about this k1 thing. with the crazy amount of people out of status...especially in NY...you'll go through

remember how much evidence you had to submit for K1? just having the k1 helps you in the AOS process. there is an already existing approved screening process on your relationship. remember that.

the rest of the people are just starting to prove the relationship. keep the faith :D

Darah, thanks for your comments, you just made me feel much better (F)

Hi Eric,

You are going at a great time too! By the way, I think I asked before, what company do you work for?

Good morning all!!!

(((((((((((Tennille))))))))))))))))) Congrats to you and Leo, I need to give you a call honey so we can catch up.

JA to CT - we need to link up honey, I'm in CT like every weekend. my big wedding is in Hartford this July (F)

Jme - Congrats to you and Andre on your AOS interview date. I can't WAIT to get to that point

Papcawn, I miss u girl! :D We gotta chat

Where's Jonesie???????? I miss her :crying:

Joanna, I personally didn't think the 90 day stamp was worth it simply because he had to wait and apply for a ssn and all that. If you're working while your 90 stamp expires, technically ur supposed to leave your job until you get your EAD. I felt it was more hassle than it was worth.

Squito and I had a very nice weekend. Our AOS docs were delivered on Saturday morning, so now the waiting game begins. I hope to get some NOA love in the coming weeks. ;)

Squito, doesn't it feel good to get rid of that pile of paper? Good luck on the AOS journey. We are waiting for Bio appointments for EAD and AOS.

Jus checking in. We had our 1st out-of-state soccer tournament in Virginia this weekend and the weather was absolutely beautiful. Our team didn't do so bad, considering we have 5 new players on our team. My son played in 6 games because our coach needed him as a guest player for our other team and we are both exhausted running around all part of Virginia all weekend. I took a nap when I got home and here it is

1 am and I can't sleep !

Congrat to everyone on their continuing cases, marriages, pregnancies, etc and to those that are in need of prayer...my thoughts are with you.

Rhonda that stinks that you guys got sick. I can't remember which hotel you stayed in, but I know it's was one that I've never sold to any clients before. What makes people sick in the Dominican Republic and Mexico is the water. You cannot even brush your teeth with it. Bottled water for everything !! The beaches are beautiful and the food was outstanding where we've stayed. Yes it's a spanish speaking country and there are some hotels that "cater" to the spanish speaking, not Americans. Punta Cana is the most requested destination that I sell, then Las Vegas.

I'm hoping and praying to head to Jamaica next month....just depends on our darn soccer schedule because we may be playing in yet another tournament. We have tournaments in Richmond Virginia and Manassas the next 2 weekends.

Have a great week everyone !

Kelly :D

Hi Kelly, where are you playing in Richmond. Maybe Anthony and I can meet you and your son.

Darah -- What you are saying makes so much sense. Just hope I remember it when my time comes. I am already a nervous wreck!!

I just read something yesterday (in another forum) about the interviewer asking to see the peoples house keys -- to make sure they matched.......give me a break  But, you know, you can't help but wonder when you see things like that. I believe we will all be okay -- we have to!!

Good Morning (L)

I read that thread about the keys thing too and I have to admit it got me scared for a minute or two until I realized...well if they want to see our keys they will match  We all went through the ringer in Kingston so I know we have all gathered more than our share of evidence and proof of relationship. We are prepared! People going through London and Canada usually have a way easier time and don't have to gather so much for the K1 so when AOS comes they panic and started running around looking for proof. I believe we (and others going through tough embassies) have a better understanding of what is needed to truly proof a relationship and that really helps in the AOS process. Don't worry everyone! WE ALL WILL BE FINE!

I sure do hope so. I'm praying that Squito and I's AOS interview will be as easy as our K-1 interview. He and I are attached at the hip, and most people can tell when they see us together. I think that house keys bit is ridiculous.

Darah, your opinion has given me great hope! Thanks a million :luv:

Good morning all :D

You guys all need to stop worrying  You are all in legitimate, loving relationships. You're not hiding anything or pretending you love each other to get a GC. That's all they're trying to do is weed out the fakes. Just tell the truth and you'll be fine. We brought all of the evidence they requested and then some and they hardly even looked at it. They have your whole file right there in front of them during the interview.

Without going into too much personal detail, Tony had been arrested here in the U.S. (long story) before we got married and we still got the GC. We were just delayed by a week or two because we were lacking one letter (regarding his situation) that we didn't know we needed. Just tell the truth, whatever they ask you and you'll be fine. Trust me, I was worried to death because of our situation, but we still got everything ok.

Here he's somewhere trying to do something postive and all this bulls!#$ happens.WHATDAF!*$

He was really upset because my sons bike was stolen along with my new mp3 player, but I told him too let that go .Those things can be replaced. He feels so disrespected.Yesterday was crazy as hell.

I am just going on with my life because I am happy and that is all that matters!!!!
