Hey Everyone!!

I just found out today that we got scheduled for a July 10 interview...WHOAHHH BABY!!!

I can't wait to be able to share husband stories soon!!!!!

So.....I have a question for you ladies.....

Dee just mentioned that women hit on Dave today......do you guys have problems with American women hitting on your Jamaican husband???? I just want to be prepared in case I have to kick some American ASSSSSSSSS!! ....... J/K

Hey everyone,

Just checkin in. I hope you're all doing well.

My husband's father died last night in JA. So it's a stressful time right now. I hope that he'll be able to go home however our AP hasn't been approved yet. I know that the K3 is supposedly supposed to allow you to travel back and forth if you have applied for AOS. However, we applied for the AP just for extra protection. We've heard so many different stories so we want to be on the safe side. Today I noticed that his EAD has been approved so we're waiting on the card and his AP was touched finally. So I really hope that it will be approved ASAP. Then his AOS interview is a little over 2 weeks away. It seems like the funeral may be at least 2-3 weeks from now so I'm hoping that at least he'll be able to go home. We already planned to go in July so if everything works out we may be able to change his ticket so that he can go for a longer period and I will go at the orginally scheduled time.

I'll keep you all posted.

I haven't been posting for awhile because it was the end of school year lots of work, helping my parents move and unpacking a lot of stuff. They still have clothes from the 1970's someone please help them. My great uncle passed away but its a blessing he had altimerzes. Then a coworkers wedding all day yesterday. It was outside and beautiful. It was at White Pines here in IL outside in the canyon very pretty at 10am couldn't ask for a more perfect day. Then they had an outside reception on the family farm all day long. The longest reception ever and I am very sun burnt. So i will be staying out of the sun today. I can't have any werid tan lines come August. I think summer time is the most eventful time of the year here in the midwest. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Take Care

Hey Elizabeth, I know that a K3 can travel but I thought that there was some question when you have already applied for AOS. This is why we applied for AP just to be on the safe side b/c we didn't want them to say that since we've already applied for AOS then his status is different. It's so confusing. So we just wanted to go ahead and apply for AOS b/c we're wanting this process to move faster and so that he can go ahead and get his greencard.
