Start walking! You dont have to be a gymrat

eat lots of fruits and veggies and legumes

Stop all caffeine (fine), alcohol (dont do it anyway) and sugar (sweet mother of moses! how? :crying: )

You have to learn to know when you ovulate

No cleaning up afterwards - eeew and kind of TMI

Let's see.....notes to self.....

Sit on your butt as much as possible -- NO EXERCISE AT ALL!!

No fruits, veggies or beans - or for that matter, anything that is good for me

Drink lots of Diet Coke, Vodka and don't forget the chocolate. Throw in some Red Bull just for kicks

Learning when I ovulate -- just to make sure I double the above during "that time"

Clean up with bleach, ammonia AND Pine-Sol

....there, now I feel so much better. Thanks Elizabeth!!

Well, I need to vent about Lake's classes again. His last class in next week before they let out for the summer. The prob is...and I didnt really realize this until I read up on things ...those darn timing tests. Lake is up to the point where he I am SURE he could pass the test...IF he had all the time in the world. When he does the pre tests..he gets 100% correct..UP to the point he finishes....or around 98% at the worst. Problem...he takes TIME...so he only finishes about 30 out of 50 questions.

I am kinda confounded, cuz I KNOW it will take quite a bit of time to build up speed for him, (like 6 months???)and I am also completely aggravated becuz I think if one KNOWS the material and can pass, to he!! with the time thing. In high school we never really had a time test, just had to finish by the end of class kind of thing. So thats my current frustration..and he has such a good job waiting for him if he would get the GED but they arent HOLDING the position, thats only if he gets it while there are still openings. :(

Kim what name are you going to give your new fish? Have you gals ever discussed why they have such werid nicknames for people in JA? I think some off them are so silly. I go for Ray Rey for the name :P

That's a good topic - what are your man's nicknames in Jamaica?? :P Tony (aka: Anthony) has at least 3 that I can think of: Dread, Matterhorn, and Franklin  Don't ask me how they came up with them. The only one I understand is Dread because he was very bad when he was a kid and always getting in trouble. I guess it's short for dreadful? His parents and certain family members call him Franklin. How the heck did they get that out of the name Anthony? :o

I think we did this question last year sometime in the old thread...who's man's name was "#######"??:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Hello everyone :star:

I'm just enjoying my first day off of this wonderful 3 day weekend. I washed my car today - it's beautiful weather here :D Then got my nails and pedicure done :P Unfortantely Tony is working today and he's STILL at work (it's almost 8:30pm here) :crying: I haven't even seen him yet today :(

Jill - If I were you, I wouldn't even give him the satisfaction of talking to you after what he did to you. If that other girl wants to keep on seeing him, she is just being naive, but you are stronger than that. I wouldn't even answer my phone if he called.

Shemanya - have a great trip with your daughter - I know you guys will have fun :luv:

Kelly - good luck with the interview coming up!

Everyone else, have a great weekend. (F)

Well..being that I know the "other girl"...I would not say naive is the word for it.....although it may seem that way......there is alot more to the story and I think you might have a different take on things if you knew everything.........both ladies are victims here and I feel really bad for both of them......just wanted to kinda clear things up since "naive" sounds kinda strong...and negative....and there is always 2 sides to every story.............

I think Rhonda is saying that considering that the "other girl" knows the situation and still went down there and stayed with him, she is a little naive. Rhonda was only sticking up for me and giving me encouragment and strength to move on. I agree there are 2 sides to every story. So, I am curious to know what is meant by that. Is there something she is being told on my behalf? Bottom line, I filed for his visa thinking I had a decent honest man on my hand and he was denied due to his stupid self. He knew this, entered into another relationship while still holding onto me knowing very well he couldnt go anywhere until 2008. She now knows all this and still went down there. I don't a better word than "naive" in this situation.
