Joanna -- We had a binder too! This is what I gave to the lady at Window #3....

I-134

Taxes -- I gave them 2002, 2003 & 2004 (but I had copies going back to 1999 with me). Copies of my actual return along with a copy of the W-2 AND the original "transcript" from the IRS.

Bank Statements -- From the past 12 months -- highlighted the direct deposit of my paycheck every week and all the deposits made.

Employment Letter

Bank Verification Letter -- Stating present balance and date opened.

Additional Things That Were Required (from what I can remember)

Police Record -- Original

Passport Photos (4)

Birth Record -- Original

In my binder I had with me (just in case): Copy of I-129F, Originals of my NOA1 & NOA2, anything that Roy picked up at the Embassy (Packet 3 & Packet 4), ALL my phone records, a notarized I-865 (really, just in case) and all my tax records (my originals and copies).

.....nobody ever asked me for another thing......I wanted to be much more prepared than I needed to. Remember, I'm the ####### one. And I think I would have just died if I left something at home because I didn't think they would ask for it.....I had EVERYTHING with me.

Hello all,

To those of you that have been through the process already, I have a question...I am bored so I thought I would get papers together (I hate waiting till the last minute for anything) for the interview......

What stuff did you turn in at the interview as far as the tax stuff, I just did my 2005 taxes a couple weeks ago and my statement is 16 pages long...DO they want all of that??

My personal income stuff is a couple pages but add in the stuff that I deducted for my business it is about 16 pages long....I am going to use my business as income evidence because my full time job I make well enough over the 125% poverty guidelines.

Thanks everyone and I am sure I will have more questions as time goes on....I am so glad I have all of you to ask questions to.

I had the last three years tax returns. They kept the most recent. Looking to see if my w2's match my tax statments. They only looked at the pages with the numbers/ grids, if I were you I would take it all. Most likely they won't look at it all

Well I just got home and I am excieted to say that my parents bought me my wedding dress tonight...I know it is a little soon but I found it and really liked it...I am in a wedding next Friday and I went to this little bridal store today to see about getting my bridesmaid dress hemmed and I decided I would try on a few dresses while I was there (I have tried on several at Davids bridal but they just didnt fit very good in the chest area..too big busted I guess) but this one fit like a glove, just needs to be shortened a little...I was not going to get it this earley but my mom and dad said if i really liked it they would go ahead and get it for me....plus it was on clearance and was the only one they had at the store...it was reg. priced at $799 but was 1/2 off so only $400....GREAT DEAL.

Hello all....greetings from the stranger LOL. Got my internet and cable on today so I wont be gone for long periods of time anymore...promise.

We are still planning a Feb. 25th wedding still dont know where...I guess if nothing comes up the wedding will have to be the 24th (tashi's b-day) at the court house!! The bright side is he will never forget our anniversary I am trying to get all the final arrangements pulled together and I will be happy when all this is behind me. I promise to have lots of pics. I still need to get the girls their dresses and my son his clothes and Tashi's shoes....all in good time LOL. Yes the 90 days will be up March 9th so it is crunch time!!

Thank you for the package Shemanya and Shi thanks you as well. He opened the curry and cooked chicken that same night!!! You need to get yahoo messenger at home so we can talk online I tried to get the house phone back on ....after being on hold with the phone company for 35 minutes then I hung up and called back and was on hold for another 25 minutes I gave up...I will try again tomorrow.

Congrats on the recent weddings....hope mine goes as nicely as all of yours. I will be online often ...drop me a line!!
