Jonesie -- When is that paperwork going out....is it today???? I've been waiting for you.....

Girl yes - I leave at 12pm today and I'm going straight to the post office to mail this packet off. I triple checked everything last night so we should be good to go. Then its on to DMV for both of us, and if we have time, the SS office so I can change my last name.

01/16/13 - N-400 interview/testing - APPROVED! Oath ceremony letter received late Jan. 2013

02/26/13 - OATH CEREMONY COMPLETED - NATURALIZED US CITIZEN!

Yippie! Just bought money order at rip off wachovia and mailed off that vaccine thing to Denise at Occuhealth. The civil surgeon three blocks from my house wanted $160 for the visit plus costs of any shots. :o

So great that Henry got that 3Ms shot at work for free...ah the perks of working in a hospital. :whistle:

Anywho, I am just happy to cross something else off my list - I just had to share. :blush: Thanks again, Jamie!!!

hi everyone...does anyone still have their packet #3 intsruction sheet?? if ou could e-mail it to me or faxit to me...it would be really great!!!!!!

I have it but it is at home. I will be coming to work sometime over the weekend so I could fax it to you then.....post if someone sends it to you before I do. Mine is from September.....some things might have changed since then.

Jonesie & Mrs. Smith -- YIPEE!!! It's such a good feeling to get those papers out of your hands.

Jonesie -- Sorry....I am sure you are already gone. I think I made my out to Dept of Homeland Security...they can be made out to them or to USCIS (I think).

Has anyone talked to Rita? Are they doing okay?

Shauna I have some of the papers from packet 3 that Tenika faxed me (they are not very clear but you can get an idea) and I have wrote on some of them...I can fax them to you tonight after my bridal shower..is that your personal fax # or does it go to you place of work? The No Impediment to Marriage is new as of Dec. 2005 it is now required at the interview, your fiance needs to go to the registars office to apply for it, if you have time to wait it takes 4 weeks if not you can pay extra for express service of 7 business days to get it...it will cost about $89US..if he is near Kingston the registar is in Spanish town, if he is somewhere else then I have no idea where there is another registar.

Hope this helps...let me know if you need anything else.

I am back, not by choice, however. I don't know how long I can do this. The depression when I come back is killing me. I don't know how some of you carried on a LDR for 2 or 3 years or longer. :crying: Well I need to catch up.

1/1/05 We met

7/19/05 Trip back to Negril

8/28/05 Trip back to Negril, became engaged

12/31/05 WEDDING!!!!

1/22/06 Still patiently waiting for certified marriage certificate

1/28/06 Trevor finally receives cmc, now let's see how long it takes

to get to me

2/20/06 Received cmc, other problems begin

2/24/06 Sent away for divorce decree from previous marriage

2/25/06 Changed name on passport

2/25/06 Trevor kind of ticked I forgot about divorce decree

3/20/06 Sent off I-130

3/30/06 Received NOA1

4/19/06 Trip to Negril

5/8/06 I-129F Mailed

5/22/06 Received NOA1

7/3/06 Received IMBRA request

7/6/06 Sent off IMBRA request

7/6/06 Received email notice that I130 sent to CSC
