Not sure if you answered already, but did u book Adrian ticket. If not be careful not too book it too soon after the interview, sometimes they run late. Even though they say 3-5 biz days. we were approved 4/13, he did not recieve the visa until 4/25, this was 7 buisness days

Yes I took a chance and already booked his flight...did Rohan go to pick up the visa or was it delivered to him?

Adrians interview is May 9th and I got his flight for May 18th...OOOPPPPSSS we might be in trouble!! I guess if something comes up we can just pay the extra $$$ and change his flight... :(

I think you will be fine, the 18th is already 7 buisness days. I emailed the embassy on the 7th day with the visa approval number and they emailed me back in about an hour saying that Airpak had just picked it up and it was available for pick up and applogized for the delay which they said was a result of system failure. If I would have had to wait for him to deliver it maybe it would have tooken longer. What I would suggest is that after you get your approval, you ask the embassy if they could put it in soon because you already booked your ticket.

I dont think most people have this difficulty thought, I think they normally get it in the 3-5 day time frame. we just happened to experience system trouble

4/8/10- Approval notice for I-765 sent via email/ AP touched

4/10/2010 Received AP.

4/12/10 Received EAD-

7/6/10 Contacted USCIS because now Outside normal processing time

7/23/10 Got RFE asking for proof of legitimate marriage- 1page and 1/4 of proofs

8/23/10 sent off RFE response via Expressmail

8/24/10 Received by CSC
