In December -- no Part II was needed.....that might have changed. BUT -- bring it with just in case.....bring everything you have....just in case. And, don't forget your Graduation Certificate from 1st Grade....the Embassy is really interested in that!!!

I know I'm a bit late.......I was having problems getting on here yesterday afternoon -- I will blame that all on Joanna :jest:

GOOD LUCK JAMIE & ANDRE!!:dancing:

We will be waiting for the good news :clock:

I brought Rohans with me, and they took it. I think that is what they were reading off of when we had to raise our hands and affirm that all we said was accurate.

Hi

I am not sure if anyone told you this, but you can drop off you DS 230 PART 1 alone without all the other stuff, it speeds up the process. That is the way I did it and several others, it really cuts time. If he reads the packet instruction carefully it does say that all they need is the DS 230 1, before they schedule the interview. I dropped mine off and in a couple weeks I emailed then and they gave me a date a few weeks away.

True Tenika, but your case was very unusual for the Jamaica Embassy....I think they just liked you LOL  ..cause we turned in the DS-230 a few days after you and our interview was a month after yours...I still cant believe you got through the whole process so fast...ours has taken 7 months compared to your 2 1/2 months....Lucky you!!! :D

I dont think it was luck..it was blessing.. but still Joanna imagine if you waited to turn it in when he got everything, perhaps your interveiw would have been 2 or more months later. Waiting to turn it in only adds a little more time, and in this process when you just want to be with your love, every day seem like a week. Now am I talkin true or am I talkin true..say AMMMEN

Not sure if you answered already, but did u book Adrian ticket. If not be careful not too book it too soon after the interview, sometimes they run late. Even though they say 3-5 biz days. we were approved 4/13, he did not recieve the visa until 4/25, this was 7 buisness days
