Thank you you all for the replies.

We have talked about several times and for the most part my little ones are fine. I never ignore it when it comes up I do correct them if I see anything, I know it takes time, but I want it to stop. After finally getting my daughter to talk to me yesterday. Kelly you are right I am sure that most of this because of her age. She feels that the break up was all my fault, she feels sorry for for her father blah, blah...He lives in a one bed room blah blah..He trying blah working, he misses you blah blah. He's wroking blah blah. David feels that I sugar coat things when it comes to her so I told her flat out why I left, how things are and how things are going to be. Again that disrespect will not tolerated. David states that he is "uncomfortable" telling her what to do and she rolls her eyes ect. and not to over react he just won't discipline her at all. He assure me that he is not going any where but doesn't want to say anything that her father will overreact to. I have given him acceptable ways to discipline her if I am not there to deal with her and she know what they are. Have no problem with him discipline the other two, He even spanks the smallest one, she has the nerve to tell me she feels the he should not be hitting him, I put her in her place right away. So I think we made lots of progress yesterday

Something David said did that kind of bothered me. When my daughter said that her father was working and "trying to help" so to speak he laughed, you know, to show disbelief calling her father a workless mon bela, bela well my daughter started crying even more. I tried to tell him that this did not help the situation at all. In Ja we do this blah and blah. We don't allow out chidren to blah blah, I would have knocked my daughter on her backside by now blah blah  My daughter has never been a problem child and hasn't gotten very many spankings ect. so I don't feel comfortable breaking out the belt now and beating them (her) for every thing....hopefully our family talk helped  I will continue to pray about it, It will one day pass.

Sorry so longs thanks again for the replies.

:ot2: How do you track your AOS online ;)

Go to USCIS Case Status Online and Register your account info. Then when you login enter as a Customer wih the ID and Password you established when you registered. The status of your case will come up but don't count too much on the info. I have heard that they don't always maintain the system current.

Good news. Anthony got his bio appte for May 4 received notice today!

Congratulations -- that's great news!!!

Dee -- I was that girl.....many, many years ago. I was extremely bitter that my dad was gone and my mother brought in this "new" man. I treated him like a piece of ####### -- and did so for a very, very, very long time. All I can tell you is.....have patience. Always make it very clear that you love her and that David is not trying to take the place of her father.

Joanna -- Wow!! April sure flew past. I can't believe Adrian is leaving the ship already....

Tell me about it...he was going to leave the 23rd but we decided it would be better if he left sooner....I will be in JA May7th and there are so many things I need to take care of before I leave...

Let me ask you ladies this....How in the world did you make room for your fiance??? I dont have enough closet space for him...my closet is packed and I dont want to be rude and make him put his stuff in the spare bedroom closet :hehe:

That is the best news I have heard in a long, long time. Congratulations!! You two really have been put through the "ringer." YIPEE!!!!  :jest::thumbs:

Joanna -- I threw out a TON of #######....but I still will never have enough room for the two of us. I am a clothes and shoes horse and for all the room I made for him, it is disappearing on a daily basis -- I went to Curves this morning and this girl had on the cutest capri's. She said she got them at Kohl's.....Left Curves and I was at Kohl's at 8:05 -- home by 8:30 and had to sneak the bag into the house with my six new pairs of workout pants. Unfortunately, I made it to the laundry room with the bag but got busted while I was taking the tags off

I gave him the bedroom. He has the whole closet and the armoir. All my stuff is everywhere else in the house. Luckily he doesn't/hasn't really noticed how much stuff I really have.

WOW, I Know what relief you both must feel. I am happy for you.

Congrats to Anthony and Adrian as well.

I'm so tired after working all night, Now, I'm here at my weekend job, I can bearly keep my eyes open. I cannot wait to get some action on our case, although I don't mind supporting us all, including David's daughter in Ja. I am tired as h##. I cannot wait unitil David gets a job

I've tried, I think that I may have to start all over again. I don't have a new case number for AOS, I guess I'll have to call for it. My email adressed changed and it reset my password, so now I'm sure 'I cannot get in to the old account.

This is still a problem for us. I finally had to pack away everything but my maternity clothes until we can revamp our closet and build some extra storage into it. Good luck

After I got my NOA1 for AOS and the EAD I couldn't log into the USCIS system for over 2 weeks, like our case numbers weren't registered. Could that be what's causing you problems?

Hello everyone,

I'm just popping in to say it's so encouraging to see so much good news happening here.

Congrats on Damien's and sbj1221's AOS approval(that was a long time coming  )

Also best wishes on all the upcoming biometric appointments

Safe travels to all going to JA in the near future

Also congrats to all of the other approvals/NOA's along the way-every step forward is good.

For everyone still struggling with the immigration process; family adjustments, or financial struggles due to this exhausting process-please hang in there.

Have a great weekend everyone,

Michele (F)
