the interview went well, i was first called to window 5 and a charming young lady took all my documents and gave me my x-ray result and asked me 2 questions: have i ever been to the usa and have i ever been married. Silly me thought that was all, she told me to have a seat and after about 5 minutes a man called me at window 9, and when i went there he drilled me with a lot of questions such as:

1. how i met my fiancee

2. when was the first time we met

3. where di she say when she came to jamiaca

4. which college did she attend

5. what was her major in college

6. where are her parents from

7. how many people lives in her home

8. do i have any saved emails, from when we just started to email ecah other.

9. etc.................

and a about ten other questions. He was really sweating me. But in the end i GOT THE VISA.

congrats!

Hi another question I have been trying to get all the fees together, I am putting myself ona strict budget and I need to put the fees aside first . This is what I have come up with, am I missing anything ?

You must first file I-130 =$190

Then when you get the notice from that you can send I-129F (K3)=$170

following the k3 I will then have to pay,

1. Medical fee-about $200 US

2. Visa fee/Paymaster-$100 at the before interview

3. A tiny fee to have the passport delivered to your door!!-about $100

4. plane fare to the US - $700 (+/-)

Do you pay anything for the police certificate? Paul only needs one ( Thank God).

He does not need any shots but who to say what the doctors will say.

Sorry if I am going on, I really would like to get this finish with I am about to get really distracted with school and I need to have all teh paperworkout of the way.

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe they sent it back again  You must be so frustrated - let us know how the Infopass appointment goes.

the USCIS people still suck  I sent back Squito's EAD application with another rejection letter. It's like they didn't even bother to read the explanation that was sent and take the time to realize their own error, effin' bastards...we scheduled an infopass appointment and Squito's at federal plaza now. His appt is at 9:30....

 WOOHOO!!!! Congratulations!!

But in the end i GOT THE VISA.

I'm too lazy to search for them ;) so does anyone have a link to an online Jamaican grocery store. I want to order Michael some stuff - he's starting to feel a little homesick :(
