asking Senato'r Help

hey Vj members.. just want to know how are we going to ask for senators help. can anybody tell me how?? We are already in 180 days of waiting for our noa2 and still no updates yet, I was hoping sooner or later we will have it...PLS help us need you answers guys

yeaaa we did and they told me to wait for 2 days??? coz we might get descision already so I tell my fiance to call them again tomorrow.. I was just looking forward to ask for senators help if still no good news tomorrow??

wow, really did you speak to a tier 2? Ours I dont know when it will come...My case was last touched since July and stuck to that..

Your Senator or congressional liaisons cannot do anything other than inquire in your behalf. They will get the same answers you will get. If you are beyond the normal processing times you need to file a service request.

It might be just a coincidence... They asked for a help while their papers were climbing closer to the top of the pile, so it might be simply a coincidence that those two events were so close, that it seemed that their senator really helped.

6 months isn't a lot for the I129f. We contacted mine through his web page, but I also submitted an expedite to USCIS on medical grounds. I made a compelling case that we had already been jilted by not being able to receive DCF and now we had a real reason for getting processed a little faster. Many November NBC filers are already approved, so I do not feel bad in asking.
