Useless service request

Hey guys wanted to let september filer know that I have received answer for my service request and all they said that we actively working on this case, However need additional review and this has cause longer time. If I didnt receive any letter within 6 Months then call customer service.

I think this is a standered print letter for all the request,I am intersted to know if someone letter say something else.

By the way letter came from my local office, I am also thinking to go to my local office after 2 week with oppiontment. Any thought ?

I got the same letter last dec, they said within 2 mos.. and then they sent letter again and this time its 6 months like yours! this is b.s!

I am intersted to know how many other get the letter same as above mentioned. Please share if you have similer letter from USCIS, and also if someone get approved after receiving service request letter? if yes how long take to get approved?

Yes, OP should not be considering service request until 2/11/2013

Dont be confuse, has to be a reason always..anyway. I didnt ask for service request, but when I spoke with ISO he was not providing me any info on my file and then he said he Is going to send a reaquest on my case. Thats what happened.

Please share if you have similer letter from USCIS, and also if someone get approved after receiving service request letter? if yes how long take to get approved?
