Greetings! My parents are US citizens and have recently sucessfully got my grandmother to come to the US under a visa using the form I-130. My mother now wishes to bring her brother and his family over using the same form. We understand that this process may take as long as a decade. I understand that since my mother is a US citizen, she can use form I-130 to begin the process of bringing them to America. They currently reside in Mexico. Her brother has a wife and five children ages 20,17,15,13,and 11. Does he need to file a separate form for each one of these individuals even though they are minors? If so, then do we need to fill out a different type of form? Also, one of the children isn't a minor anymore (20) and the second eldest (17) turns 18 in February. If we don't hurry this process, will we miss any deadlines for children or minors?

she only needs to file one form for her brother the form I-130. his wife and children under 21years at the time of consular processing will benefit from the approval at the embassy. it does take so many years 10-12 to get siblings overe here. you cant speed up the process. just file the petition and wait out the years. when he comes in, he can file for his children over 21years as a Gc holder or citizen depending on if they are married or not at the time.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!
