I grill it a few ways. Sometimes I brush it with olive oil and season it with sea salt and fresh crushed black pepper. Or I do the above and add some diced plum tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. And when beefstake tomatoes are in season, I put a nice slice of tomato and then top it with mozzarella.
