Question regarding multiple last names, form DS-230

I could use some help on deciding what to do for our consulate forms. My fiance has essentially 3 "last names", the last one being from her father of course. On the I-129F we have her very last name as last name, and the 2 other last names in the middle name section. Went through USCIS and NVC no problems. Her passport however lists all 3 as surnames. So on the DS-156 she did put all 3 as surnames certainly. But, the DS-230 (and 156k and etc etc)... should we retain the way we wrote it on the 129F, or change it to all 3 as last name and no middle name? by the time i finish agonizing over all these details i'll have an ulcer i think.

Anyone with any input? I'm probably just over thinking this but I'm leaning towards putting all the last names together as "last name" and not middle names. Either way I assume it should be fine as the name comes out the same in the end.
