THANKS FOR SUCH A SPEEDY REPLY. BUT ITS BEEN SO HARD FOR US ESPECIALLY MY HUSBAND HAVING TO BE THERE SO LONG. WE GOT MARRIED DEC,2005 AND I LEFT FOR THE STATE RIGHT AFTER JANUARY TO BE EXACT I APPLIED FOR HIS K-3 VISA FEBRUARY WHICH I HAD AN ATTORNEY TO DO ALL THE PAPERWORK WHO TOLD ME THAT THIS VISA ONLY TAKES NO MORE THAN 6-9 MONTHS TO GET. BY THE TIME MY HUSBAND GET HIS VISA IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN FROM BEGINING TO END 14 MONTHS. I TRIED WRITING TO MY CONGRESSMAN AND THEY FLAT OUT TOLD ME THEY CANNOT HELP ONLY IF IT WAS A MATTER OF A SERIOUSLY ILL FAMILY MEMBER. I TOLD MY ATTORNEY THIS AND HE ADVISE ME TO WRITE TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTITIVE FOR CALIFORNIA, BARBARA BOXER AFTER THIS STEP I DO NOT KNOW WHAT OR WHERE ELSE TO GO. I AM NOT IN GHANA THERE IS NOT MUCH I CAN DO THERE TO HELP MY HUSBANDWHO IS SO READY TO LEAVE. ONCE AGAIN I THANK YOU FOR ANY INPUT YOU MAY HAVE. PEACE
