Well as far as the biometrics appointment, that means your case has been so far accepted and in process, but its gonna be on hold since you said the online status says Request For Evidence (RFE), What you should do is check the date that the RFE has been sent to you and if its been like 2 weeks or more call the customer service number to let them know you haven't received it. Also still attend the bio appointment as scheduled or you can attempt an early walk-in if its not too much out of your way. After the biometrics, if you applied for an Employment Authorization and Advance Parole that'll be the next step in your process, after that i'm not too sure as to what'll be next since you're being sponsored by a parent.

2.Submit a properly completed and signed Form 1-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record for the applicant

on Form 1-485. The medical examination must be conducted by a civil surg((pn who has been designated by USCIS. The

medical must be dated within one year offiling Form 1-485

3.Submit a copy of the applicant's foreign birth certificate issued by the appropriate civil authority. If the document is in a

language other than English, you must submit a copy of the foreign language document and an English translation.

Now i call my lawyer and i explain her , she say the only thing i'm missing is number one , because i did number too and three already. What should i do.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864.pdf <--- That is the I-864 form, Download it & have your mom complete it.She will need to check the poverty guidelines online also to ensure her yearly income meets the requirement. Instructions can also be found on the USCIS sit for the 864 form, if they are not clear then Have your lawyer give you more info on it.

Ok you say your lawyer is saying that you only have to complete the 1st request. Do you have proof of both completed i-693 and the foreign birth certificate being submitted initially ..? If you do then call customer service to clear it up with them, most likely you'll have to request to speak to a tier 2 representative, Once thats all cleared up then i would say go on with just sending the i-864. If you don't have the proof of the initial submission then just send what they ask for. USCIS is very well know for misplacing documents and of course they won't accept the fault unless you have the proof.

Topic has been moved from AOS from a family visa based entry to AOS from a work, student & tourist based entry as a more likely location for this discussion.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

You must do what the RFE says or you will be denied. Maybe the lawyer didn't include everything you gave to him/her.
