Pretty sure I'm not the only one getting ready to file. Have been organizing all of the paperwork and getting my travel history down - bit of a pain, but the end goal is in sight.

Anyone else getting ready to file? My early file date is Feb. 4th, and I'm in Phoenix so it shouldn't take long to arrive at the lockbox.

Will get one of those fancy chart things going after we get a few people in here.

My husband will be eligible to file his paperwork at the end of this month (after the 26th), but I think we will send in everything some time at the beginning of February. If so, we will join this thread. :)

Good luck to you.

I'm curious what other folks filing based on marriage (3 year rule) are doing. There is a lot of conflicting information out there about what to include. At this point, we are planning on following the directions literally and only including 3 years of tax transcripts as proof of our marriage. We have a bunch of other stuff (birth certificate of daughter, bank accounts, insurance, etc.), but we don't want to submit more than they are asking for and just complicate things. We'll compile all of that other evidence for my wife to bring to her interview. I'm reading a lot of people say that you should submit that stuff with your application and ignore the instructions that say "or", not "and". I'm still not 100% sure what road we'll take, but I'm thinking we'll just give them what they ask for and then bring the rest to the interview.

sciencenerd, we are doing pretty much what you are planning. We will send in 3 years of IRS Tax Return Transcripts, copy of marriage certificate, copy of my birth certificate (I am the USC), front and back copies of my husband's green card, the check, 2 photos and the N-400 form along with the G-1145 form (for email/text notification). We have a bunch of bank statements, joint car insurance statements, utilities statements, life insurance etc that my husband can take to the interview.

I included all the above (we are filing after 3 years with 10 year green card) but I included a copy of our car insurance together, our mortgage together and a joint bank statement. But I guess I am not overly worried about proving legit marriage, been married over 10 years now...

Hello all. I'm still stuck in the ROC April 2012 thread! Still have not received approval but will be filing N-400 before or by 02/14/2013 because I became eligible on 01/20/2013. Hopefully this won't take as long as ROC. I do have a question though. I live in GA but I am also a military spouse. Do I send my N-400 to Nebraska or to Texas?
