Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Ecuador
Timeline

I received my first NOA on June 28, 2012 for the I-130 I filed for my wife who is in Ecuador. I have heard nothing since!! How long does this take and is there anyone I can contact to find out where our application stands!! I sent my I-130 to the Phoenix, AZ lockbox.

You can call the information line at USCIS and talk to an ISO (you'll have to be transferred by the person who picks up the phone and probably wait on hold for a while).

If your case is at Vermont, then you aren't up for approval yet.

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

How do I know which service center it was sent to??? I will try and get my time line filled out soon.. :bonk:

What are the first 3 letters of your case number?

So I can't figure out how long it will be till my I-130 is processed. I apologize for being slow at this....I look at the charts and just don't get it! Can someone help! I now know it's in California thanks to you helpful folks! When am I up for approval???
