Ok so my question if you are reused for a non immigrant visa 3-4 yrs ago and also a student.. Does that affect your immigrant spouse visa? Like when u r. Interviewed does that raises red flags? Or it doesnt matter. The marriage is absolutely legitate and in good faith.. But i just applied 3 yrs ago first to visit my brothers in usa and wanted later to go study like them but i was refused.. Like many people in pak.. So is this going to create problems for my immigrant spouse visa? Or no? And do they ask you if you have been refused a visa before a non immigrant visa? Or no

It doesn't affect at all your immigrant visa application.

Only if there was any lie in those application, then it only can effect.

Agree with previous answers- unless there is a discrepancy, it won't affect your current visa application.

Some people lie in tourist visa applications to try and get approved- for example they may say they are married when they are not, to try and prove ties to the home country.

hey hazel..don't worry until n unless you remember how you filled forms in those last two attempts

don't differ from the information you provided them earlier

Its an immigrant status now so there are very sleek chances of denial compared to non-immigrant

you will be just fine.. this forum is to clear up things not to make mess of them

its very helpful indeed so chillax and follow this all the way

Stay blessed
