We tried that. We looked for a round trip ticket for him and a one way ticket for me that had the same flights. He booked the round trip first. When he was trying to book the one way, the website wouldn't let him. Apparently, Japan Airlines requires the purchaser to be part of the travel itinerary. Rather than incur cancellation costs, I just booked the one way using my credit card. I don't have money to pay it off though!

I use western union it's great! U can do it online or by paper. It's $5 to send in minutes any amount! I've been using it for a year now you won't be disappointed.. My bank charges me 30 for international transfers. That's no good. Western union , u won't be disappointed.

My fiance needs to send me money for my ticket to the USA. How do we do this? Thanks in advance!

I would suggest Western Union. It can be done online and will only cost him $5 to send the money to you in a matter of minutes. You can pick it up at any Western Union in the Philippines.

Good luck

I always recommend western union. other money transfer company may look like their service fee is low but you get whacked with their exchange rate. their exchange rate i very much lower than what is current. Good luck!

I compared Xoom with WU and the exchange rates don't seem to differ much. WU seems to be more secure/well-known, but with Xoom, there's direct deposit. I'm scared of carrying around cash haha.

Thanks for all the help!
