You folks need to build bridges and not give the impression that the 82nd or 101st is going to get it done for you. Some will and some won't and nobody wants to watch the bloodbath.

The state of Missouri is not required to enforce Federal laws, unless, of course, they still want to get all that Federal money most law enforcement agencies rely on to function. As far as arresting Federal agents in the performance of their Federally authorized duties, that hasn't happened since the Federal courts ordered the desegregation of schools. I would expect the first time that happens, the President would authorize the commander of the 101st or the 82nd to put the state under martial law.
