I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to bring my wife's former nanny to the states to work for us If it is possible how would I file for it. She is from Cambodia also. Thanks in advance Daniel

It's not possible.

There is no good reason to let you bring in a foreign worker who would take a job that can go to a US resident. If you need a nanny, there are many qualified US residents who can do the job. No reason that a opportunity for a job in the US shoul go to a foreign person outside the US when an unemployed U person could use the work.

Not to many Americsn people speak Khmer snd if they do they do not want work as a nanny but thanks for yourb imput Daniel
