Yes, the kids and I have been approved with our AOS package. There were a few minor hiccups between offices, like we sent our paperwork in the August, Chicago office then sent it back to the California office because they'd probably was snowed under with cases. Anyhow, my medical examination that I had in October last year was expiring this October, so we had to redo that which wasn't a problem, but they had lost my husband's Affidavit of Support forms that he had filed in with everything, so he had to redo that and get it notarized. Well today in email twice, the first one we was told that after we had been approved with not having an interview either, said that our cards are ordered and we will get them when they are ready. The second email address mentioned the 'Welcome to America" thing, mentioning there will be a letter in the post Welcoming us to the USA :)

09/23/05 Email Confirmation of Case Number from NVC

09/26/05 Scott received Letter with case number from NVC

10/03/05 Booked Medical for 31st October at 11.10am

10/03/05 Received Packets 3 from Embassy

10/11/05 Sent Packet 3 To Embassy

11/10/05 Packet 3 and Checklist completed by Visa Branch

11/23/05 Email of interview date and also Packet 4 arrived

12/20/05 Scott comes over for two weeks

12/21/05 Interview at 11.00am, Approved

12/23/05 Received vias's in the post

01/04/06 Scott goes home :(

05/18/06 Emigrate to Michigan

07/15/06 Getting married
