Hi, does anyone know if there's a type of visa (temp or permanent) for a person in America who has no money, their government income from their home country has been stopped, they have no friends or family that could help them, and their own countries embassy has said they are unable to fly them back to their country of citizenship. Is there a visa that can help them with staying in America and getting shelter and help?

The government income from their home country will not be reinstated unless they return back. Which they can't do because no one will help them with flights, not even their countries own embassy.

In that case, they should approach the USCIS and ask to be removed from the US.

Optionally they can seek help with churches or similar organizations in their community which oftentimes offer these services.

Or beg on the street until they can get enough money?

Go to the public library and open a petition on the internet for help?

Also contact the religious establishments around you to see if they can help.

What visa did you come to usa on? How did you get here? You have no money, no job, and you probably are getting a ban from overstaying right now. You need to go home. Find an immigration office, turn yourself in, ask dor voluntary departure

The person came to america on a visa waiver program and their 3 months ends in less than a week and they don't have any shelter/accommodation from tomorrow. What does the USCIS do? I will have a google and find out...

One good bet is that they call the airline on which they booked their ticket and see if they can honor the return portion of his ticket for a flight back home. I am sure that if they can work something out.

Optionally they can turn in to the USCIS and ask for removal from the US.

And this is why most countries require a return ticket.

What country is it that costs you more than $3000 for a one way ticket, because JFK to Denmark cost me about $400 one way.

VWP REQUIRES a return ticket to be used, so this person is lying to you.

They can ask the US government to deport them and Uncle Sam will pay for the ticket. If they are from a VWP country they should have CC cards they can use for emergencies.

This sounds like a NIGERIAN scam, are you sure it's not? There is a scam that someone gets into a friend's email and says they are stuck somewhere and need $$$ to get home. They have no friends in the world, etc, and need money from you!
