2012 K1-AOS August filers

Hello From-K1 AOS August filer fellows (other welcome too)...

I decided to call (1-800-375-5283) and check for the status of our application...

The answer from the system says that our case is in Lee's Summit, Missouri... we're in PA... so what could this mean?... that we won't go through the interview? that our case is stuck in the system? or...

A little history... we sent the I-485 (together with EAD and AP requests) on 08/17/12 and got a reception notice short after that... we're done with the biometrics appointment and have received the EAD and AP combo card (around November)...

How are other August filers doing?

Hi! same situation here! My husband and I filed for my AOS (adjusting from k1) on July 19, 2012 and we still waiting...the website said that the i485 processing time is around 4 month and I turned 6 month 2 days ago. I called last week and they asked me for my zip code and this guy told me that my current office (Hialeah) is processing cases from July 2. I checked by myself and it was true but the last update was on november 30. They told me to be patient :bonk: so here we are. What bother me the most is that I know people who filed 2 month later than me and they already have their GC, so unfair...

I recieved my EAD AP on early september. I can't wait to be done with all this GC drama
