I had taken the passport size 2"x2" at CVS and the pictures were not cut. The store oprator asked me to cut it myself.Can I send the pictures as it is without cutting them to USCIS so that the USCIS can the pictures themselves.I dont want to cut it wrong.

CVS should cut to specification.Walgreen and Rite Aid always do. I guess u will have to use a measure and cut them yourself. Someone more familiar may come along with better advice. All the best

You can cut them yourself. Just get a ruler, use a pencil to mark them 2 inch X 2 inch. This is what I did.

Take it back to CVS and ask them to cut, I would not send them all together.
