Hi vj members. I have a question about the 1-751 application. Part 3, question 9, it says, have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident? My wife became and her date on her greencard is 05/02/2011. We had moved into our home on 04/15/2012. Does this mean that we should put the address we had lived before in 2011. Since she received her 2 year greencard back in 2011 we had lived at one address but moved in april of 2012. Any replys would help. I am planning on sending out my wife's 1-751 application during the first week in feb. Thank you vj members.

Venus and I just filed our I-175 today and we had the same situation. On a continuation sheet put the address you lived at when she got her GC along with the dates you lived there before you moved. Have you wife sign and date the sheet and include her A#.
