I'm trying to find out if I'm eligible to apply for naturalization 90 days from the 3 yr anniversary of my 2 year conditional green card??? Or is it 90 days from 3 yr anniversary of the 10 year green card? Or, will the issue date on both cards be the same?

I haven't gotten my 10 year yet. I'm married to a US citizen.

It's 90 days from the "resident since" 3 year anniversary on your greencard. This will be the same on the 2 and 10 year card.

I'll encourage you to wait till at least you get your 10 years card before you file.

Why? No, seriously, why?

If I-751 is not adjudicated by the time Naturalization eligibility date rolls around it's beneficial to file N-400, it'll push the decision on I-751. And even if it doesn't - can still get citizenship.

No need to wait.

Слава Україні!
