Appying for AOS

Question,

WE are applying for AOS and I see that we should apply for EAD and Travel document at the same time. Does this mean that for each Document EAD,I-131 and AOS that we need 3 sets of most of the required documents to go with them? If so do we just put them all in the same packet? Hope that makes since

Not sure what your asking here, but I do know that unless your planning to travel outside the US sometime in the next 6 months or so , you don't need any advance parole travel docs. Once you recive your green passport IT allows travel to and from the US.

Any help would be great

Yes, it is best to treat each form (I-485, I-131, I-765) as separate, and enclose copies of the required supporting documents for each form, as the forms will get separated and processed separately from each other. Use paper clips to attach the required supporting documents to each form, and then put them all into the same envelope.

also make sure that you apply for the ap and ead at the same time you will need to travel its important to apply for it right away so that you won't have to pay a fee for it if you wait you will have to pay so make sure to do it with your ead it free
