Need help from my Jamaicans - need to know the priority date for F4 applicants at the US Embassy in Kingston. My sister is filing for me and I just want to have some idea. Thanks for any help.

Visa bulletin for the month of February 2013 in the F4 category is (15, April 2001) What is your priority date?

FB-1 Visa Event Date

06-05-2006........Priority Date
06-14-2010........Case Approved
03-07-2011........Case Completed

08-15-2013........Interview Schedule

To know what the embassy is currently processing you check the visa bulletin. It is updated every month. The link below shows who are to be interviewed for February 2013. Anybody with a priority date before the date you see for any category can now interview for an immigrant visa. Ja is categorized under 'Worldwide' so that's the part of the table you follow. In case you don't know your priority date (PD) is the date your sibling filed the I-130 petition for you and it is your place in line.
