Preparing for 2nd K1 Visa Package

Salamu Alaikum / Hello to everyone again. I am a long time member and am finally beginning my second K-1 Visa journey, Alhamdulillah (Thanks God)

Checklist:

Cover Letter including all of the following:

Payment for $340 made payable to Department ofn Homeland Security

I-129F Petition

I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, Explanation of meeting in person within the last two years

G-325A and passport style photo for Petitioner (USC)

G-325A and passport style photo for Beneficiary (Fiance)

G-325A Supplement to employment for the last five years (Beneficiary)

Birth Certificate (front and back) for USC - Petitioner

Certified Judgments of Divorces for Petitioner (USC)

Letter certifying ability and intent to marry Beneficiary from Petitioner (USC)

Letter certifying ability and intent to marry Petitioner from Beneficiary (Fiance)

Proof of having met in person within the past two years such as, pictures, emails, gifts, letters, receipts, passport stamps and visas, receipts from ATM in Egypt, Boarding passes, etc. (Three visits since December of 2012 and another one planned soon)

Proof of ongoing relationship such as, Skype logs with screen shots, text messages, emails, phone logs, Gifts/cards for birthdays/holidays, etc.

If you would be so kind as to triple check my list before sending, we would greatly appreciate it.

My first marriage was to a USC and ended after 9 years of marriage (We were only 16 at the time of our marriage) .

This is my second K-1 (Egypt). My first K-1 was successful and ended after just over 6 years of marriage and he is a USC now.

My Fiance is also Egyptian, he is one year older than me. He has never been married before and has no children. However, I have been married twice before and have two children.

Pics of your kids with him on webcam or in person. Kids didn't go on trips but I did include facebook chats with my 16 year old and pics of Skyping with my 5 year old daughter
