Biometric appointment notice not received

Hi,

My wife and I are in a bit of a panic.

We submitted her I-751 in late November. Received her NOA on 12/03/12, but no biometric appointment notice yet.

Called USCIS just now and they said that the notice was mailed on 12/12/12 and that her bio appointment was for 12/22/12.

We never received the notice in the mail.

What should we do? Should we go to the local office (we were informed not to do that by the USCIS officer)?

Please share your experiences.

I would make an Infopass appointment at your local office and take it from there.

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

I would make an Infopass appointment at your local office and take it from there.

Made an info pass appointment last night.

We spoke with two tier 2 representatives last night. One of them suggested that this could lead to denial of her application and removal proceedings. The other said this wasn't a big deal and that it happens all the time. They put in some kind of service request.

Hopefully they just take her fingerprints at the info pass.

Anybody else have a bio notice lost in the mail and still successfully get approved. Should we contact an attorney?
