Will USCIS Resubmit a payment?

Long story short, I'm travelling throughout the middleast and wasn't paying attention to my bank account...

Needless to say the check was bounced for not having sufficient funds... The money is in the account now... will USCIS resubmit the check or am I out of luck???

They'll probably return the submission to you for lack of payment. You will probably have to resubmit it.

Hopefully it will be as easy as just sending in back all over again and only losing a few weeks.

The problem is I'm traveling on business and won't even be able to deal with it until February sometime... I'm hoping they'll resubmit the check, I know some businesses will do that if a check bounces. I feel really stupid, just poor planning... it's not like I'm broke or anything...

I have researched this information on the USCIS website. It says that they actually use your account info, to do an electronic check (withdraw). And if there isn't sufficient funds, they will make up to 2 more attempts in cashing check before returning to applicant.

I would try calling USCIS and ask what their procedures are.
