Okay I need some advice. I am beyond frustrated with this whole process and will be glad when I won't have to worry about it for a while. We sent out my husbands Lifting of Conditions packet last year and received an RFE in December. I am now getting to send back more evidence since we had a baby in November it's been quite busy. I was wondering if there was any point in sending evidence from this year? My husband finally got a regular job in June, we had a baby in November so we can send his birth certificate but I read on another post that you shouldn't send "new" stuff? We have sent what we could in the last packet. The only new things we have is a letter stating we live with my father and everything is in his name but we pay rent. My husband is also on my dads car insurance but not on the title of the car. We have a letter from the bank stating we have used the account since so and so and that we regularly use it together. On the RFE they stated that they cant see that we use our account for anything, it's cause we don't have bills. I'm sending what we can but am expecting an interview with what little we have. I just don't know what to do at this point. Thanks.
