Yup, I called them Saturday, last, and yup, NO ISO! ;)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

They couldn't have devoted that funding to something useful, like, say... hiring more people to actually process the files?

No... that would make too much sense.

Honestly some people may think im wrong but i really do think these immigration people dont give a d**m about families...I see people coming to this country just to work getting approved, like seriously we already dont have enough jobs and they are approving those people papers for them to work and take their checks to their home country, then families have to sit and wait months even years just to be with thier loved ones...maddness...

What? they be cash rich from fees paid already. remember the monies you paid with the petition? You prepaid for adjudication, la.

Why not add more employees to adjudicate the petitions and focus on all of these backlogs. Then they won't need that many customer service employees who can't really do anything to improve the speed of these petitions. With the money that we paid for these petitions you would think they use that money directly into the source.
