i emailed the us embassy manila, following the instructions. gotten no reply yet..

When did your case status start saying 'Under Administrative Processing'? Was it before or after you emailed the embassy about the CSPA? If it was before the email and now more than a week has passed (since you contacted them), call and email them again with the info + asking for a reply to the current status of your case.

If the AP was after you emailed the consulate wait another week then email and call them for a status update (is the case still being reviewed).

Hello guys. Us embassy manila called me this afternoon and they ask me to.send back my passport to them. And the person i talk to the phone ask me some question like who is my petitioner.

Why are they asking me to send back my passport?

The only reason I've seen the embassy request anyone's passport after an interview is to print/add the visa to said passport. Sounds like it's working out in your favour. Let us know if you get your F2A visa.

That's a GOOD sign, in my opinion. Most likely they will re-open and review your case.

Good luck and keep us posted.
