Hello everyone.

I thought I'd chime in here. My british fiance and I sent in our petition last december. I signed my G-325A but he did not because he was already back in his country. Well I got an RFE, but not for that reason. I got an RFE asking just for beneficiaries statement of intent to marry; but nothing about his unsigned G-325A. I don't know if this means we will get a second RFE or not though. Hopefully not denied.

My husband and i just mailed our I-130 petition after a week of completing it.

We both read the I-130 instructions and it never mentioned that the beneficiary will sign off on any forms. That is exactly what we did... Even for my (beneficiary) G-325A form and continuation sheet.

Were we wrong in doing that? If yes, what can we do to remedy it?

I really thought that at the petition stage, everything should be signed off by the US citizen/ the petitioner :-/

You will get NOA1 initially if everyhting else is fine like fees and other MUST SUBMIT supporting documents etc.but later down the line you may get an RFE for the unsigned form.
