Worst case scenario is they deny your application after years and years of waiting and you end up living in the philippines.

Murdering your husband...I ya ya....I think that wins for worse case scenario!!!! Look up Lorena Bobitt...Her husband cheated on her and she cut off his....ah...well, follow the link and you'll see...

Living in the Phils wouldn't be my worst case scenario.. But If you were forced due to your wife not being able to get a visa to the states that would suck.. Could always go to Canada and then take a trip through the lake of the woods into mn.. Just saying...

One good side of the corruption in the Phils is you can pretty much buy youself out of any bad spot. If you want to be divorced in the Philippines it will happen. Doesn't matter what its called.

Its a long story, but we are still fighting it, our case in appeals and its taken years. USA doesnt want us i guess? So instead we just work and spend our money and investments in the philippines instead.

07-01-2010 Case Transferred to Vermont Service Center
10-20-2011 Contacted Ombudsman
02-07-2012 Case denied after almost 3 years =(
03-07-2012 Appeal Filed!
01-20-2013 Contacted Ombudsman again...
