Getting a UK passport for my USC daughter

I am a UKC, wife is USC, living in Florida and planning on moving back to the UK in the next 12 months.

I am filling out my 2 year old daughters UK passport form and the form is straight forward but have a few questions.

I didn't register her birth at the consulate, is that required now some of the wording on the website and form is confusing.

What documents do I need to provide? And do I have to send all originals? (I feel really uneasy about sending all of these documents)

Daughter's US passport

Daughters US birth certificate

My UK passport

Wife's US passport

Our marriage certificate

I'd highly suggest getting that consular birth certificate, it has been really valuable as a UKC by descent to have it.
