I-130 "last address at which you lived together"...short term okay?

I was only able to spend a few days with my spouse before coming back to the states. Do I just put down the 1 week timespan on the I-130 for the last address at which we lived with each other?

u should be fine!...after we got married i only stayed with him two weeks and thats what i put down for that westions..just the dates from those two weeks and i never got no RFE!...good luckK!!

You did not legally or officially live there therefore you don't put it as your address.

I wouldn't count several weeks as living together. My feeling is that if you packed up all your stuff and moved in together that should be what counts. Your country of domicile should be the same as their country of domicile if you want to call it living together.

My mother just stayed with us for two weeks. She wasn't living at our apartment though.

Also, my marriage certificate states my address as an address in Pakistan, not a US address. That also happened to be the address where we stayed for a week. Not sure if that helps.

We wrote none as well. He visited me for over a month but it's a visit, not living together in accordance to the law.

You can put as live together the time you spent. In Pakistan girls live with husband family after marriage most of the time. I think this will be ok and remember that local embassy know culture very well.

I lived with my husband from nov 6 2011 to nov 9th 2011 and they sisnt ask me for any proofs or nothing so u sud be fine u said week but for me it was only 3 days

Husband and I had visited each other for periods of time between 2 weeks to 3 months before we submitted the I-130. We wrote "just married, never lived together, extended visits only" in that space.

What u talking about... you get ID, Passport with new address which you will put on I-130 and thats the proof. I dont know about 3 days after marry?

My answer in this situation would be to leave the date blank and type this. "We have visited but not yet lived together."
