Timeline

Hey, I just wanted someone's opinion on what they think about my AOS package, it is being sent out this week after I print out 2 cover pages.

AOS marriage based from B2

So with my package I have all the forms needed from the guide except advanced parole.

my medical exam sealed

Birth certificates for me(beneficiary), husband (usc) and his 2 dependant children

3 years of tax transcripts

our marriage certificate

letter of employment for proof of current income as well as I will send some copies of pay stubs

Beneficiary passport and USC passport (profile and stamped page, all other pages are blank )

USC 2 divorce decrees from his previous marriages

passport photos ( 6 of beneficiary and 2 of USC)

a copy of my ITIN (beneficiary)

Copy of USC life insurance showing me as beneficary

Copy of health insurance showing me as beneficary

8 photos to show we met each others families/few from wedding/few from his trips to see me in Canada

2 affidavits from friends

Thats all I have to send, hopefully im not missing anything.

I'm hoping to have alot more to take to the interview with me,

But was wondering if this is enough to send with my AOS package?

Just make sure you read carefully the instructions for each form to make sure you are sending all the required documents. In my case was from F-1 visa so I can not tell you with 100% that you have everything.

In addition to what you are sending I also send copies of my visa and I-94 I think would be good for you to send that as well. I also sent copies of social security, drivers license, travel itineraies and other supporting docsbut I know it was not required.

Just make sure you have each form with the respective supporting documents which means some documents you will need more than 1 copy. For example you need birth certificate on Forms I-130 (petitioner and intending immigrant), I-485 (intending immigrant) and I-864 (petitioner). Also attach each check to its form, in my cover letter I listed exactly what was attached to each form because I know these forms are sent to different areas for verification.

If you want I can email you my cover letter so you can have an idea.
