after getting CR1 Visa, what's the next step?

Hi everyone i've lived in the US for 2 months 27 days now. i just read TODAY from this link http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-751instr.pdf, that we have to file this form within 90 days. i was surprised because what i understand that we will have to file i-751 form later? cuz we are CR 1 Visa, cuz we got 2 years? i read about it in another forum. OMG, i'm so nervous now. can please somebody tell me all about it? because we only have 4 days left.

so it is "yes" or "no" that we (CR1) have to file form i-751 within 90 days?

You didn't read the entire form. This form is to be filed 90 days BEFORE the 2 year conditional green card expires to remove conditions, not now. You are fine. So from what you said you will be required to send this in September of 2014. relax, you are all set for awhile.

Your green card is 2 years conditional because you enterd USA less than 2 years of your marriage CR1. You need to file to remove that comditional 90 days before the 2 years anniversary you entered USA. Usually you will received letter from USCIS reminding if you can start to file to remove the condition of your permanent resident card. Also better check all your documents because at the port of entry they gave instruction about your status and what to do next....i had mine.. Good Luck.

you can file to remove conditions 1-751 90 days before your green card expires.and not before if you do your file will be returned to.now is the time to start gather all your evidence and relationship of a true marriage filing taxes togather jointly,unility bills and so on.,proof that your living togather at the same address,
