• I-751 form filled out and signed

• Certified Chase Bank Check for $590.00

• Copy of A Nada Green Card

• Copy of A Social Security Card

• Copy of B Social Security card

• Copy of B Birth Certificate (proving Citizenship)

• Copy of 2 Capital One Credit Cards with both

• Copy of Joint Married Tax return for 2011

• Copy of Joint State Farm Car Insurance Policy Card

• Copy of Joint United HealthCare Medical Insurance

• Copy of Joint Chase Checking Account

• Copy of Joint Chase Savings Account

• Copy of Joint Lease Agreement for for 14 months

• Copy of Joint Lease Agreement for current address

• 10 photos of our wedding and hang around photos.

If you took any trips together, I would include that information as well. If you are including the BC, which is not needed, you might want to include the Marriage Certificate to prove that you two are married (also not needed). I am assuming that you have no children together so item #1 is N/A, you have items #2-4 and the affadavits are not that important. The whole I-751 package is a personal thing as not everybody has the same items to show co-mingling. To my mind taxes and financial risk goes a long way to show that the marriage is ligitmate as do everyday things like vacations together.

I would go with what you have.
