OK WILL MOVE OVER TO THIS LOCATION SORRY IF NOT DOING THIS EXACTLY RIGHT STILL NEW TO PROCESS. THE BIG QUESTION IS DO I ADDRESS THE AGE DIFFERENCE NOW WITH ORIGINAL APPLICATION?

THE (NORM) OF THE CULTURE HAS BEEN NOTED I HAVE SEEN ALL KINDS OF CIRCUMSTANCES EVEN ONE BEING WOMAN I THINK 34 YEARS OLDER IM NOT THERE YET HA BUT NOT LIKE SOME OF THE YOUNGER WITH ONLY COUPLE YEARS DIFFERENCE EITHER.

I DONT WANT TO CALL ATTENTION BUT I DO WANT THEM TO REALIZE WE HAVE HAD MANY DISCUSSIONS AND THIS IS THE CHOICE WE HAVE MADE FOR OURSELVES AND I DO HAVE A HARD TIME IMAGINING SOMEONE ELSE SITTING BEHIND DESK AS BEING THE ONE TO DECIDE SOMEONES LIFE.

SO WILL GO WITH THE GENERAL SUGGESTIONS FROM YOU ALL WHEN I SEND PAPERS OUT ON SATURDAY, THEN :help: WILL PLAY THE WAITING GAME ALONG WITH YOU GUYS

always be upfront with immigration, its not like they woudlnt know the age difference, and they will more than likely ask about it...

by the way, if u dont mind me asking, what is the difference?

Filed DCF in Jordan from 7-05 to 3-06, Approved for I-R1.

Immigration Free until 2008.

A large age age is a characteristic common in some fraud marriages. They won't deny because of an age age, but it can draw their attention to question this petition (at the consulate level). Concentrate on showing a good strong ongoing relationship and you should be fine.

I am 13 years older than my husband. We went through Algiers though, and in my case, I never mentioned the age difference and they never asked anything about it.

Its good to see you in the ME/NA forum, we're glad you're here. :)

There are some good points being made here that I didnt think about when I replied to your post in the other forum. A supplement to your petition might be the way to go, and you can rest easy knowing you have handled the situation to the best of your ability right from the start. Presenting a great deal of evidence for a strong ongoing relationship at the interview will help cement things, too. Ahmed and I are very close in age, so this was never an issue for us. And honestly, I wish it wasnt an issue for any couple. You cannot judge a couple's love and commitment to one another by their chronological age.

Welcome to our forum :D(F)

Word here is to address ANY red flags in a supplement when you send your initial application. The consulate cannot deny your petition based on information that was addressed in the approved peition, as I understand it. Good luck.
