CRI89 Petition to remove conditions of permanent resident status

Form I-751

May 30 2012 - Vermont Processing Center received my I-751

July 2012 - Biometrics done (fingerprints and photographs)

I have a 1 yr green card extension expiring Aug 28 2013. Appears Vermont average processing time is 9 mths. Its now been 8 mths but don't have any more news.

Have others had similar experiences with Vermont?

What happens in July/August 2013 if I still don't have news? Can I get another 1 year green card extension?

that seams like a long time, did you get the new case number on the one year extension letter, put that case number,uscis check case status on line. to check on your status, also call the 1-800 number. i have mine in 4 months,

If you are 60-90 days out call and request an extension letter or what ever policy they want you to follow.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
