Dear Vj'ers,

I (GC holder) sent in a change of address form AR-11 in November, The reminder to lift conditions was sent to our old address in late december. One thing we didn't do is that my wife (sponsor) did not submit an I-865 is this going to be a problem? I have just submitted my I-751 and have the present address.

you have to fill out ar-11 online and then print out the ar-11 confirmation. you are not supposed to send the ar-11 out by mail. your sponser is supposed to send out the 1-865 by mail. then they will send you a receipt for the 1-865. you should send out the 1-865 with your correct address which you have on your 1-751 application. if you did sent out the ar-11 by mail, i would fill out the ar-11 again online and do not send it out by mail. just print out your ar-11 with your confirmation number.

You can also submit at-11 by mail...so you are fine in doing so prior. There is a mailing address at the bottom of the form. It's ok either way. There are steps for the petitioner on the main uscis website...she may be able to do it online there, too.
