Hi all,

I downloaded the I-134 PDF from USCIS. Is there a form-version of this file?

I downloaded the sample one available from VJ, and that's a form version that I can use Acrobat to fill out, but the form fields are all colored blue...which I doubt will pass muster.

Is there a form version available or am I going to have to learn how to use a pen all over again?

Thanks!

I know what you mean the one on USCIS is not a fillable one. The one here on VJ is from VISA PRO.

NOTE: go ahead and fill it out, the blue tint just shows where it can be filled out, but when you print it out on a printer the blue wont show, especially if a laser printer is used or gray scale is selected on a color printer.
