My daughter lived in Australia for several years. She told me the seasons were Spring, Oven, Autumn and Rain. Christmas was truly like Christmas in July. Shorts and cooking on the BBQ. I lived in the desert in California and the temperature went up to 129 in the shade one summer.

When I still lived in San Diego, Ca I remember going to the desert, Glamis, to go camping and do some night riding in August. I remember going outside of the trailer and my flip flops felt like I was wearing skillets!!

By 1pm it was 125F. I have never felt a heat like that before or since in my life.

But since i moved to New Jersey the worst I have felt was when the temp was 117F in the area I was working and when I stepped outside and it was raining. That was a crazy year.
