Does my fiance not having finished HS negatively affect her K1 process? Thank you.

I don't believe it does. Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? If you are the petitioner, you just need to be able to prove that you can support your fiance(e).

I am the petitioner. I have an advanced degree. The beneficiary did not finish HS.

I don't believe it does, either. The petition is not based upon the merits of their education. It's based upon their relationship to you.

05/03/2022: Status changed to "The U.S. Department of State approved your application for your passport book. We're now printing your passport book and preparing to give it to you. You should receive your passport book on or around 05/09/2022."

05/05/2022: Passport Received.

05/09/2022: SSA Citizenship Status Updated.

05/25/2022: Naturalization Certificate received in mail.

Its the totality of the relationship. Sure you two at different educational levels is a red flag but it depends on your embassy also. Just have strong evidence you will be fine.
